Effective January 1, 2023 the fee charged for over the phone payments will increase to $4.25 for each $300 transaction. This is not a fee charged by Jefferson Utilities. It is a fee charged by our payment processor, PSN, to process your payment. The fee for online payments will remain the same, at $3.30 for each $300 transaction.
