Jefferson Utilities Assists Stoughton in Tornado Clean-Up

Jefferson Utilities sent three lineman to assist Stoughton Utilities in restoring electricity to over 3,500 customers affected by the tornado that hit the Stoughton area on Aug. 18th. We are very proud to be a member of MEUW (Municipal Electric Utilities of Wisconsin) and WPPI (Wisconsin Public Power Inc.) where joint action between municipally-owned utilities is never more important than at times like this.
