Payments by Phone or On-Line Are Now Available

Bill paying has never gotten easier! Jefferson Utilities now offers on-line and phone payment capabilities. Click on "Pay My Bill" icon to the left for on-line payment. If you wish to pay over the phone, just call (888) 428-0518.

Mastercard, Visa credit or debit cards plus electronic checks are accepted. A valid utility account number (7 or 8 digits without the dash) is required; and, if paying on-line, you must also have a valid e-mail address for payment confirmation.
