To manage high winter heating bills or high summer cooling bills, Jefferson Utilities offers a Budget Payment Plan. This allows you to average estimated annual use into even monthly payments. Every 6 months your account is reviewed and your monthly payment adjusted if necessary. The budget plan is available to all residential customers.
