Bill Payment Assistance

By Mail
Please use the convenient envelopes that accompany each month's bill. Or if you'd like, enclose payment with your own stamped envelope and mail to P.O. Box 396.

If you choose to pay by mail, please send a check or money order only. Do not send cash. When paying by mail, be sure to include the top portion of the bill with your payment.

Lobby Pay in Person
Customers can make payments in person at our office located at 425 Collins Road during normal business hours (Monday - Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.).

We also provide a drive-up window for your payment convenience. An after-hours' drop box is located outside next to the drive-up window.

Automatic Payment
Jefferson Utilities offers an automatic deduction of your utility bill from your checking account.

When your utility bill is due, it will be automatically withdrawn from your checking account. We will send you your portion of the bill stamped paid.

The automatic payment plan will help you in several ways:

  • Saves you time because there are fewer checks to write.

  • Helps meet your commitment in a convenient and timely manner - even if you are on vacation or out of town.

  • Maintains good credit - your payment is always on time and there are not lost or misplaced statements.

  • Saves postage.

  • Easy to sign up for, easy to cancel.

If you are interest in the Automatic Payment Plan, please call our office at 920-674-7711, Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.

Local Banks and Credit Unions
Premier Bank, County-City Credit Union and the Fort Community Credit Union all accept payments during their regular hours.

On-Line and Phone Payments
Use our convenient On-Line Payment Option on the front page of our website. Just click and complete the necessary information. You also can call our toll-free number 1-888-428-0518 and pay over the phone. Master Card, Visa and Debit Cards are accepted. Allow 2 business days for processing.
