Jefferson is located in southeastern Wisconsin. The city is approximately 30 miles east of the capital city of Madison and is the county seat. The City's population is over 6,000.

Citizens of Jefferson enjoy the life of a small community; but the have the advantage of being just a short distance from major cities. Madison, Milwaukee and Chicago are all within a few hours' drive.
