Regular Meeting of the Jefferson Utilities Commission, Held May 10, 2010

Commissioners present: Adams, Beyer, Brandel, Leipold, Michaelis, Oppermann and Vogel. Also present was Manager Folbrecht and Office Manager Heitzler.

Minutes
It was moved by Comm. Brandel and seconded by Comm. Beyer to approve the minutes from the Regular Meeting on April 12, 2010. Motion carried unanimously with Comm. Michaelis abstaining.

Expenditures
It was moved by Comm. Vogel and seconded by Comm. Beyer to approve the payment of bills totaling $1,434,880.43. Motion carried unanimously.

Well #2 Report
It was moved by Comm. Leipold and seconded by Comm. Brandel to approve the submission of the Well #2 Radionuclide Removal Pilot Study Report and the recommendation of the HMO system to the Dept. of Natural Resources per their Consent Order Case No. 2009-SCEE-031. Motion carried unanimously.

Community Contribution-Jefferson Cruise Night
It was moved by Comm. Michaelis and seconded by Comm. Beyer to approva a Community Contribution to the Jefferson's Cruise Night in the amount of $1,800. Motion carried unanimously.

Community Contribution-Operation Celebrate Freedom
It was moved by Comm. Brandel and seconded by Comm. Adams to make a Community Contribution to Operation Celebrate Freedom in the amount of $500. Motion carried unanimously.

It was moved by Comm. Beyer and seconded by Comm. Michaelis to adjourn. Motion carried unanimously.
